Athlon and MivarGroup have collaborated to optimize the repair and maintenance request process. In partnership with Athlon, MivarGroup has developed the MiCheck-REQUEST system.
This system allows the ROB-department to access effective maintenance information of vehicles based on the original data-based factory data of TecRMI. The system will operate in addition to Athlon’s existing systems from January 1, 2015.

Emiel van Onzenoort, Director of Athlon Business Support: “We started looking for players in the industry with systems and data that could support the optimization process of our ROB-department. After an intensive pilot phase, we decided to partner with MivarGroup and to integrate the MiCheck-REQUEST system into the workflow of our ROB-department. With MiCheck-REQUEST our ROB our employees have access to all the necessary technical information on all major vehicle marques.”
Chris Kimman, Director of MivarGroup: “We are obviously very pleased with the collaboration with Athlon. For us this collaboration confirms the importance of correct technical information and systems in the industry. Access to the right data, combined with the right systems, is becoming more and more crucial. MiCheck-REQUEST is a good example of where data, technology and need can be married in one system. With MiCheck-REQUEST, Athlon is able to quickly check all incoming repair and maintenance requests on the basis of factory data. This makes the handling of repairs and maintenance requests even more effective.”
