Digital Planning Board

Your trusted planning module. And more.

A taut schedule is essential for optimizing your business. More than anyone, we understand just how important this is. We have therefore developed a module that is clearly structured to increase the efficiency on the shop floor.

This module provides an electronic planning board that makes it clear at a glance which jobs are scheduled, and where there’s space available.

Visual overview

The big picture

The planning module provides a visual overview of who is working on what. At a glance, you can see immediately who has time available to change a light bulb or carry out an MOT. You can also simply drag items to another day or to an automotive technician. This allows you to easily keep everything under control.

Schedule appointments

Keep control

You can quickly prepare work orders, including the customer’s details, the correct work order number and vehicle information. The planned item shows whether the customer is waiting, using alternative transport and/or whether the vehicle has arrived.

Work schedule

Fits like a glove

Planning is done in a standard timetable in which opening hours and the work schedule is entered, and takes into account break times. In the standard timetable you can also enter different opening hours, for example, working days, late night shopping hours, and weekends. You can also set different times for different seasons, such as tire changing weeks.

In addition to a standard timetable, you can also create a unique roster for each employee.

Scheduled time

Fixed or not

Planned work can be set at fixed scheduled times, but not necessarily so.

If an appointment has to be carried out at a fixed time, then it’s clearly reflected in the schedule. This allows you to see at a glance where you have room for other planned tasks.

Preparing Job codes

Avoid duplication

You can easily use a job code to schedule an appointment. You can create as many job codes as you need and assign a color and standard planning time to each job code. This lets you see at a glance what type of work has been planned.
